SYGW was honored to partner with Matt Dillon, owner and chef of Sitka & Spruce and The Corson Building. Matt was named one of Food & Wine's 10 Best New Chefs of 2007.
The Corson Building, located in Georgetown, opened to rave reviews in June 2008.
Thanks to Matt and partner Wylie Bush for hosting a BBQ in July to benefit SYGW and its youth.
