Janice Dilworth has had a varied career in many working environments. She draws from over a dozen years of corporate recruiting leadership with high growth companies including T-Mobile USA and Lucent Technologies. She has been an independent consultant for clients in biotech and insurance.
Prior to working in the private sector, she worked nine years in development for non-profit arts organizations such as the Pilchuck Glass School, ACT Theatre, and Tacoma Actors Guild.
Janice enjoys the challenge of working closely with a team developing, building, and growing new programs/initiatives which are strategically aligned with an organization's vision. She is excited to use her leadership and project management skills where they will make a positive impact in the community where she lives.
