Have a love of fine Greek food and wines? Join fellow enthusiasts for Spanish Wines & Greek Cuisine, a wine tasting and dinner event, at Divine, located in Seattle’s Maple Leaf neighborhood (7918 Roosevelt Way NE, Seattle, WA 98115) on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at 6:30 pm. Paul Bolendar-Hallof Divine, Jen Rice of Noble Wines and a special surprise guest will lead diners through an exploration of four Spanish wines paired with four Greek and Mediterranean cuisines. The dinner costs $70/person and a portion of the proceeds from the event will go to benefit SYGW and our program.
SYGW is proud to announce that we were selected, along with the West Seattle Food Bank, as a benefit charity for Bruce Springstein’s upcoming concert at Key Arena on March 29th. We will be in the lobby throughout the concert collecting donations and handing out information about SYGW and the youth we serve. If you have tickets to the show, please stop by our table and say “hi”! It’s what The Boss would want, after all!
